In an engaging approach to learning, students from the Education Studies programmes at the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ recently spent the day exploring the efficacy of alternative learning environments.

The Importance of Bees has been an exciting multimedia project developed by third year students and staff from The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s BA (Hons) Adventure Filmmaking course on the Carmarthen campus.

The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) is a top-performing higher education institution in the UK for helping graduate start-up businesses. Figures from the 2022/23 Higher Education Business and Community Interaction Survey (HE-BCI) show that UWTSD is ranked in first place out of 220 universities across the UK for new graduate start-ups that are still active after 3-years (894) and has also secured a first for the number of active businesses (1,056).

Carwyn Graves, a member of staff at the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ has launched his new book ‘Tir: The Story of the Welsh Landscape’ on the Lampeter campus this week.

As Wales Outdoor Learning Week unfolds, the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) Early Years Team is proud to highlight the benefits, opportunities and endless possibilities of outdoor education, particularly in early years settings.

The University of Wales Trinity St David (UWTSD) proudly announces the launch of its pioneering MA Peace Studies programme, commencing in October 2024.

Dr Nichola Welton, the Academic Director for Childhood Youth and Education at UWTSD, has championed and supported the involvement of Carmarthen Youth Project-DrMz with the Waves of Change project, led by Professor Daniela Schmidt and Dr Camilla Morelli of Bristol University and the animator Sophie Marsh.

Dan Priddy, a Finance and Business Performance Manager at the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) has been named as a finalist in the 2023 Green Gown Awards UK and Ireland. Dan has been shortlisted in recognition of his work on several decarbonisation projects across the University’s estate.

The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ is delighted to host a talk on the Lampeter campus to celebrate the World of the Welsh Bee during Sustainability Week.

The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ will highlight ‘The Worth of Wool’ in an interactive exhibition as part of Sustainability Week.
