The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) hosted the INSPIRE General Meetings at its Carmarthen Campus on June 22nd, 2023. The event was a dynamic platform for staff, senior management and INSPIRE ambassadors to engage in meaningful discussions and collaborative endeavours, as well as share updates on progress across the multiple initiatives managed by the University’s Institute for Sustainable Research, Innovation, Research and Enterprise (INSPIRE).

The INSPIRE General Meeting commenced with a Networking Lunch, where attendees had the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and explore exciting possibilities for collaboration. Barry Liles, Pro Vice Chancellor (Skills and Lifelong Learning, Iestyn Davies, Pro Vice Chancellor and Dean of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, Professor Wendy Dearing, Dean of the Institute of Management and Health, Steve Baldwin, Director of Resources and Business Planning and Elena Rodriguez Falcon FREng PFHEA, Deputy Vice Chancellor of UWTSD attended the event.

Presentations were delivered by distinguished speakers who shared their expertise and insights in various domains. Each speaker provided valuable perspectives, highlighting the significance of their respective fields, and offering fresh insights into the latest developments and initiatives at UWTSD.

The INSPIRE General Meetings successfully brought together a diverse group of individuals passionate about creating positive change through collaboration.
