The 密桃传媒鈥檚 (UWTSD) Birmingham campus graduation ceremonies are taking place at Birmingham鈥檚 Eastside Rooms today.

Students celebrating Birmingham Graduation

The ceremonies provide an opportunity to celebrate student success and commitment, and to enable the University鈥檚 community to acknowledge their achievements.

Addressing the graduates, Professor Elwen Evans, KC, Vice-Chancellor of the University said: 鈥淭he graduation ceremonies mark the culmination of a stage in the academic career of our students. For many of our students,  the achievement of a higher education qualification provides entry to the next stage and many go on to achieve masters鈥 and doctoral awards with us.

鈥淭oday, we are celebrating our students鈥 hard work and commitment, but we should also remember the support given by their families and friends鈥.

In addressing the graduates, she said:  鈥淵ou all graduate with the skills and attributes you require to make a difference in your chosen career.

鈥淚 trust, as you look back at your time as a student at the University, that you take with you the many friendships and happy memories of our time here, and that your experiences at UWTSD will serve you well throughout your life.

鈥淚 wish you all success for your future and remind you that, as alumni of this University, we will endeavour to support you and hope that you will continue to stay in touch with us.鈥
