His visit marked the first in a new series of high-profile speaker events organised by the University aimed at providing students with invaluable insights from leading legal professionals.

Academic Director Dr Bronwen Williams JP MStJ said: “Inviting Lord Justice Fraser to speak to law and criminology students is an invaluable opportunity to bridge the gap between legal theory and judicial practice. His insights from the bench provide a rare and profound perspective on the evolving challenges of justice, ethics, and the rule of law offering future legal professionals a deeper understanding of the responsibilities they will one day uphold.

“His visit to UWTSD underscores the University’s commitment to providing students with real-world insights from leading figures in the legal field. Through initiatives like the our speaker series, UWTSD continues to foster academic excellence, professional development, and a deeper understanding of the law in practice.â€
