Elenya Moore, a BA Outdoor Adventure Education student from the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD), recently completed an exciting placement at the University of South-Eastern Norway (USN). This experience took her on different expeditions, ranging from the snow-covered landscapes of Nordic winters to a summer kayaking journey along the coast—an adventure that assessed her leadership skills, resilience, and passion for outdoor education.

The BA Early Years Education and Care is designed for those who want to work with, children, families, or in related fields. A strength of the course is its focus on learning from practice and Ken Dicks, a lecturer on the programme, shares how the teaching team’s links help to inform their teaching as well as support projects in the community.
