Introduction
The Confucius Institute at the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ has created a unique school in Wales where children from Chinese and Welsh backgrounds meet every Sunday during term time to learn Chinese and experience Chinese culture. We welcome pupils of all backgrounds.
We are a Cambridge International Test Centre for qualifications in Mandarin GCSE and AS Level. We also prepare our students for the internationally recognised Youth Chinese Test and HSK Chinese language proficiency test. Our fully trained teaching staff fully understand the learning needs of students in the UK and provide the highest standard of teaching.
The school offers a carefully structured curriculum in the core skills of Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing Chinese to support pupils between the ages of 5 and 18 from beginner level through to advanced. Classes aim to support pupils’ ability and encourage steady learning.
