Dr Liz Walder from UWTSD’s School of Architecture, Construction & Environment, and the University’s Construction Wales Innovation Centre, will deliver a lecture at the British Archaeological Association’s (BAA) annual conference in Haverfordwest on Friday, July 19.

Liah Evans, a student at the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD), has expressed heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support provided by the PGCE course during what she describes as one of the most challenging and transformative years of her life.

It’s a double celebration for Drew Dennehy, from Bridgewater in Somerset today as he graduates with a first-class honour in Architecture, and he also has a new job in his chosen career to look forward to, starting next month.

Storm Darragh, which swept through South Wales last December, left a lasting mark on many communities — including Craig y Nos Country Park, where around 200 mature trees were lost in a single day and many more now being removed due to their unstable condition.

After teaching in a Welsh-medium primary school for three years following the completion of her undergraduate degree at ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½, Megan Lewis decided it was time to build on her experience and take the next step in her professional journey. Through the MA Education (Wales) programme, she’s been able to grow her knowledge, connect with practitioners across the country, and apply her learning directly to the classroom - all while studying through the medium of Welsh.
