The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) is delighted to announce that it as been placed 1st in Wales for Lecturers & Teaching Quality (8th in the UK) and for Student Support (11th in UK) in the Whatuni Student Choice Awards, announced last night.

While much of modern science prides itself on objectivity and clinical precision, a new research-led project from philosophy academic Dr Rebekah Humphreys is challenging researchers to reconsider the emotional dimensions of their work particularly in ethically charged fields like animal experimentation.
