Liah Evans, a student at the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD), has expressed heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional support provided by the PGCE course during what she describes as one of the most challenging and transformative years of her life.

After teaching in a Welsh-medium primary school for three years following the completion of her undergraduate degree at ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½, Megan Lewis decided it was time to build on her experience and take the next step in her professional journey. Through the MA Education (Wales) programme, she’s been able to grow her knowledge, connect with practitioners across the country, and apply her learning directly to the classroom - all while studying through the medium of Welsh.

Hello! I'm Natasha and I am a student here at UWTSD studying Primary Education in the Welsh language.

For Ffion Cumberpatch, a Post-Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) course led to an opportunity to improve her Welsh-medium skills with the intention of passing those skills on to her students.

The BA Early Years Education and Care is designed for those who want to work with, children, families, or in related fields. A strength of the course is its focus on learning from practice and Ken Dicks, a lecturer on the programme, shares how the teaching team’s links help to inform their teaching as well as support projects in the community.
