V-Trak Ltd designs and manufactures advanced seating and positioning systems for people with mobility challenges. Guided by their principle of Productive Empathy, the company takes a holistic approach to developing products that enhance comfort, function, and long-term health.
Recognising that the weight of traditional wheelchair backrests often discourages use—despite their benefits for posture and mobility—V-Trak set out to design a lightweight, dynamic backrest that supports users without compromising independence.
