Town and University Christmas market raises £1000 for local good causes

The annual town and university Christmas Market, held at the ��Ҵ�ý on the Lampeter campus, raised an excellent sum of £1,000.

The money raised was divided between Henoed Llambed, Cylch Meithrin Carreg Hirfaen and Cylch Meithrin Pont Pedr.

The event included stalls offering unique gifts and crafts, as well as captivating performances by Côr Cwmann and local primary school children. The event was supported by Lampeter Town Council, Lampeter Chamber of Commerce, and a dedicated group of university staff.

One of the organisers, Elin Lloyd Williams, said:

“I would like to thank everyone who supported the event despite the weather on the day. We are extremely pleased to see that three good causes that contribute so much locally are going to benefit from the money raised on the day.”
