What is your favourite thing about Swansea campus?
I like the Swansea campus because it is centralised and within walking distance of local shops, entertainment, and restaurants. I also enjoy the SA1 campus facilities, my favourite being the IQ building, a great place to interact with other students, relax, enjoy a meal, and do your Uni work.
Why did you choose UWTSD?
I chose UWTSD because they have a good mature students programme, they’re a University that offers a variety of help for the students regardless of their age or gender. The UWTSD offered the programme I wanted to take, which helped me advance and enhance my career.
What did you enjoy outside your studies?
I enjoy going out and trying different types of cuisine, looking for new restaurants opening in the area and trying them, look for their weak points, and gather new ideas for future reference.
What do you hope to do when you graduate?
I am hoping to find a career within the industry, specifically in a hotel, as a manager or eventually be the proud owner of one, so I can help improve the hospitality industry.
Would you recommend UWTSD and why?
I recommend UWTSD, especially for mature students looking to go back to university. It’s the perfect place to start, the teachers are friendly and helpful, and the programme is up to date within the hospitality industry or any course they offer.
What is your favourite thing about Hospitality and Hotel Management?
What I enjoy the most is customer satisfaction, being able to execute their perfect stay, and vacationing in any hotel or restaurant that I work for. It’s a great industry to meet people and get to know them.
