Emma Macgregor joined The ���Ҵ�ý as a mature student and has successfully completed her advocacy degree whilst also running her own business, caring for her family, and coping with the challenges of Covid.

“I am a father of two girls and a boy, and my wife is a community nurse,” Clifford says. “Alongside family life, I spent 12 years as a tennis coach, teaching everyone from nursery-age children all the way to elderly people.

After living in the UK for 22 years and raising 4 children, Olibia Chaffatt was inspired by her son Pedro graduating with a First Class degree, and decided it was her turn to study, choosing BSc Health and Social Care at UWTSD’s Birmingham Campus.

Brandon Gorman, a Principal Support & Business Analyst at Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW) is graduating today with a first-class honours BSc Computing (Data & Information Systems) Degree from UWTSD.

Emma Williams, ICT Technical Officer in the ICT and Corporate Policy Division at Carmarthenshire County Council, discovered UWTSD Digital Degree Apprenticeships after an email arrived at the council’s ICT section, giving information about Welsh Government funding to support eligible employees to undertake a degree.

Faith Over is graduating with a BEng in Manufacturing Systems from UWTSD today. Faith is employed at Eaton, the power management company, that helps customers effectively manage electrical, hydraulic and mechanical power more reliably, efficiently, safely and sustainably.

The ���Ҵ�ý (UWTSD) is holding its second graduation ceremony in Cardiff today. Two ceremonies are taking place at the Cardiff Metropolitan Cathedral of St David in the city centre, where students from a range of programmes are being presented with their degrees by Professor Elwen Evans, KC, Vice-Chancellor.

Fflur Davies is the winner of the Stuart Burrows Award at the ���Ҵ�ý's graduation ceremony, for her contribution to the Performing Arts through the medium of Welsh.

Sisters Amy Murithi and Shauna Hawker, two sisters have today graduated from The ���Ҵ�ý’s (UWTSD) BA Early Years Education and Care – Practitioner status course.

Khush Shariq is a BA Early Years Education and Care with Early Years Practitioner Status graduate from the ���Ҵ�ý. Prior to this course, Khush was a nursery assistant, as working with children was her passion.
