As UWTSD’s celebrations of being crowned Triple E European Entrepreneurial University of the Year 2022–3 continue, one of our approaches for empowering our learners to succeed is being celebrated in the publication of a book chapter in Edward Elgar’s ‘Teaching Intellectual Property Law: Strategy and Management’, which has just been launched in London.

As part of its annual Nexus Learning and Teaching Conference, the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) acknowledged staff achievements across its campuses. The Awards Ceremony, recognised excellence in innovation, student engagement, and collaboration. The Ceremony, featuring 11 categories, was held in person and online on Thursday, 29 June.

The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ is looking forward to hosting a special cabaret night at the Lampeter campus.

Director of Literature Across Frontiers, Alexandra Büchler, attended the India Global Forum 2023 this week where she spoke about creating lasting connections between the Indian and Welsh literary scenes.

Emma Landek , a fourth-year student at UWTSD’s Swansea College of Art has an exciting summer ahead as this month (July) she starts a paid internship at Rolls Royce.

The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) hosted the INSPIRE General Meetings at its Carmarthen Campus on June 22nd, 2023. The event was a dynamic platform for staff, senior management and INSPIRE ambassadors to engage in meaningful discussions and collaborative endeavours, as well as share updates on progress across the multiple initiatives managed by the University’s Institute for Sustainable Research, Innovation, Research and Enterprise (INSPIRE).
