As a BA Film & TV student you will have access to Adobe Suites equipped with Macs and the Creative Cloud including Adobe Premiere and After Effects.

The ���Ҵ�ý (UWTSD) is proud to announce the accomplishments of recent graduate Hannah Elwin, whose work experience with the art department on The Gunpowder Siege has contributed to her career's promising start. The TV series, which airs on the Sky HISTORY Channel, tells a compelling historical narrative, and the production’s authentic settings across South Wales were shaped by the skilled hands of Hannah and her fellow set designers.

The Coastal TALES project, led by the UNESCO-MOST BRIDGES (UK) hub at UWTSD, has been invited to present at COP29, showcasing a compelling video at the “Bio-Cultural Heritage for the Future: Mobilizing the Past for Climate Resilience” event.

Students from the ���Ҵ�ý (UWTSD) Criminology and Policing course participated in an immersive joint training exercise with Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service (MWWFRS) at their Earlswood Training Unit. This collaboration offered the students a valuable, hands-on experience, bridging academic learning with real-world emergency response scenarios.

UWTSD graduate, Ken Pearce, founder of 3D printing company, Lunia 3D, has been named Young Business Person of the Year at the Cardiff Business Awards 2024. This recognition highlights his entrepreneurial journey and the impressive growth of his company.

The ���Ҵ�ý (UWTSD) is proud to congratulate María José (Mache) Treviño Gonzalez, Programme Manager for the MA in Outdoor Adventure Education and Lecturer in Sports & Healthy Living, on receiving the prestigious 2024 Karl Rohnke Creativity Award from the Association for Experiential Education (AEE). The award was presented at the recent AEE International Conference in Colorado.
