In today’s rapidly evolving culinary landscape, university gastronomy courses must embrace strong ties with the industry to remain relevant, innovative, and impactful.

Kyle Collingwood, an Applied Drama student from the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ devised and delivered a highly innovative Final Project for the end of his undergraduate degree where he worked with two youth groups in Carmarthenshire to facilitate a culture exchange project that resulted in a creative sharing and connection making event at Yr Egin on the Carmarthen Campus.

ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) student Adam Higgins has collaborated with the University’s Assistive Technologies Innovation Centre (ATiC), to develop his range of Pre-Medical-Preparation – or PreMedPrep – product prototypes to improve children’s medical procedure experiences.

On Tuesday, 29 October, author and doctoral student, Olatunji Offeyi (Tunji), will be exploring creative writing and heritage at an event to be held on the University’s Lampeter campus and online. The Writing Heritage workshop is one of the events run by the UWTSD Students’ Union to celebrate Black History Month.

The ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) is collaborating with industry leading AV providers to install two innovative, state-of-the-art immersive rooms, providing its students and partners with world leading learning spaces which transform education.

To celebrate Women in Construction Week (March 3 to 9), the ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½ (UWTSD) hosted the first Sustainable Construction Careers Fair at our IQ building in Swansea on March 6.

A newly appointed lecturer at ÃÜÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s Swansea College of Art (UWTSD) has won an award for her submission to a prestigious exhibition.
